We are looking for an Account Manager to join our sales team. The main objective will be to manage a portfolio of current subscribers to our site. This will involve making and receiving calls on a daily basis, maintaining a first class service to the accounts, responding to emails in a timely fashion, ensuring clients are getting the most of their subscription and providing reports on statistics is key to renewal success.
As well as renewing yearly subscriptions each month you will also be asked to look at new sales opportunities and upsells at all times to existing customers.

We are looking for someone that is professional with a strong background in account management or customer service within a sales environment. Industry background is not essential but experience within a service industry would be ideal as would social media and web knowledge. The individual will need to demonstrate a motivated and business attitude and maintain our high level of customer service at all times. Experience of a subscription based sell would be an advantage.
- Based in Ilminster 9am to 5.30pm
- There will be times where attending client meetings and exhibitions are required.
